The successes that were born from the early residential developments allowed the Founders to expand and diversify into higher-density, high-rise residential and commercial projects by 1999.

Furthermore, the Group has earned many prestigious “Finest for Family Living” architectural awards and MAME marketing awards including The Cotswold in 1994, The Farnham in 1995, The Huntington in 1997, The Kensington in 1998, The Briarcliff in 1999 and 2000, The Andover in 2000, and The Mozart in 2004. Grenata was recognized as the “Community of the Year” in 2005.
